Emily stepped into her first yoga class looking for a way to bring lightness into her day, and was blown away by the results. Yoga has created a space for pure silence in her body and mind, a paradise in her life. She then found herself craving yoga, feeling weighed down on days she hadn’t practiced. In these days she came to the realization this beautiful practice is a thing that she needed to share with the world. She then became a Yoga Teacher. Her classes are filled with a balanced awareness towards breath, movement and silence in your body; with the hopes to encourage students find their peace on and off the mat.
