Katrina got the taste of Moksha Yoga in April 2012, after seeking an alternative to physiotherapy for scoliosis. She immediately fell in love with the practice, for many reasons, but mainly because the heat was deeply therapeutic, the sequence was accessible, and she grew stronger physically and calmer mentally. She wanted to share the benefits of this practice with everyone, to help others lead a more peaceful and wholesome life, so in October 2015, she travelled to Montreal to complete the Level 1 Moksha Yoga Teacher Training. Katrina is eager to learn as these exciting journeys unfold and she is extremely passionate about growing a healthy planet and happy community. Her attempts to make everyone smile and feel comfortable, well, and content have always remained constant.
